How many of these same Dallas fans threatened Jerry Jones’s life after his countless blunders for almost three decades now?Well, you made arguably the worst trade in sports history and laughed about it in the faces of your fan base, what did you expect?![]()
Decency. Trading ANY player shouldn't warrant violence, period. It's not that fukking seriousWell, you made arguably the worst trade in sports history and laughed about it in the faces of your fan base, what did you expect?![]()
They didn't misread the room, ownership just legit doesn't give a fukk about the room or basketball. It should never get to a point where sports fans feel they can act like this over a basketball decision. This is the type of energy that should be reserved for that orange cracka in office.
However, I can’t help but feel Nico and the Mavs organization completely misread the room on how the city loves Luka. Remove the actual basketball element from this, and Luka was a representation of the franchise being taken seriously again. It was something the fans could be invested in, even if he didn’t ever deliver a championship. He’d still be a legend there, regardless.
Nico sacrificed all that just to get one title run with a lesser player that Dallas has no connection with.
Man, STFU and stop quoting me if you’re not going to say shyt. They didn't misread the room, ownership just legit doesn't give a fukk about the room or basketball.
Mark Cuban has no say anymore on what the Mavs do after he sold the majority of his stake. He’s already been on record saying he would divorce his wife before trading Luka. That trade was clearly Mark Cuban's call. People are just taking it out on this brother. Punching down as far as I'm concerned. It's just a game.
