the funniest shyt is this is letting u see a segment of people don’t fukk with Kendrick. It’s not like Macklemore was chosen. Kendrick Lamar has been the 2nd biggest rapper since 2012. So this anger is interesting

If you think most of this "outrage" is genuine I don't know what to tell you.

You could do a Ven diagram of people upset with this, and people upset Kendrick beat Drake....the two circles would damn near sit directly on top of each other. Look at the same people in these threads.

Then there's people like Nicki and Birdman that hoped to ride Wayne's coattails during his Superbowl performance.

Then there's like....maybe 10% of rest complaining, that have a legit reason.

And his track record lately with shows and touring ain't been the best. So it seems like people are just doing what they usually do, with the forced outrage sh*t. I think a lot of y'all are missing the point. Do the NFL or NO owe Wayne anything? No, but this is more of a homage thing for the people that want him to do it. He's one of the greatest hip hop artists of all time and probably the most influential hip hop artist of all time. He deserved that spot off those two factors alone. That and the fact they got a rapper to do it is what they are so mad about. If they would have gotten N'sync to do it then it would have been an oh shucks, oh well type of deal. But they got another rapper to do the NO SB over the GOAT NO rapper??? Blasphemous.
