Who knows but like I said if during this time you're saying stuff that could possibly lead to this outcome you ought want to leave it alone. Its a lot of things people have said before that you can't say now or there is heightened sensitivity to it. That rationale doesn't really work. Most people regardless of race, gender, etc are used to being in their specific bubble that's why they can't debate their views without the dumb stuff.
