Nobody calls Denzel movies “black movies”

Nobody calls Spike Lee movies “black movies”

Nobody called Black Panther a “black movie”

They’re just movies.

Only low-brow stereotypical films get pigeonholed as “black movies”. Let’s keep it a buck. :yeshrug:
What yes they do lmao. Besides Denzel all your examples are wrong. Black Panther is definitely thought of as a black movie his name is black panther.

Also when the last time Denzel has been in a movie where his wife is black?

It depends on the movie. I never heard Black Panther or The Nutty Professor considered as "black movies".

Honestly, non-black people are going to consider any movie with majority black people as a black movie. Calling it something else won't make any real difference.

Your right Dwayne McDuffie call it the rule of three:mjpls: if whatever form of media entertainment has up to and more than three black people as the main main characters it will be seen as black by non-black people :mjpls: even if does not deal with any of the social issues that black people deal as well not being promote as something only for black people it will still be seen as such from the point of view of non-black people:mjpls:

I was just about to post this. Whether you call it a black movie or not the poster/cast will let everyone know it is.
