This is one reason why universal appeal speaks volumes about who the goats really are. Because people who generally dont like good music from other regions acknowledge the greatness. There should be a seperate list for all time goats and regional goats.


Personally I have the south over the east simply based on Volume. The east hasnt put out anybody great since what 1998? Thats a very large gap in time.
