I was one of the ones joining in when they lost last year. The inconsistent throws. The interception. The hesitancy to run when he had open lanes. He wasn't dodging no criticism. It can still be a separate point that he played mostly shytty AND the people he was throwing to weren't helping especially as it became clear Agholor and OBJ weren't gonna contribute. Purdy got the reverse a lot. No matter what he did last season it was about the weapons.

We can flip it. If Pat hadn't won throwing to Mecole, Toney, and Juju I would've shot him bail too, even with Prime Kelce, because that shyt matters especially in the playoffs. That's why I think your point is kinda in bad faith. The playoffs are different. You ain't allowed to play dumb about that. I know you smart. I read how you write. We've had back and forths. You're clever. There's always nuance required in figuring out playoff loses that aren't blowouts. It's always gonna be a nitpicky thing especially when the only guy he consistently loses to is Pat and/or Andy. The margins with them are always going to be tight.

For all of his other peers? He's 5-1 against Burrow - Joe Burrow vs. Lamar Jackson: Head-to-Head Stats Comparison | Stathead.com - He's 3-1 against Allen - Josh Allen vs. Lamar Jackson: Head-to-Head Stats Comparison | Stathead.com - He's 2-0 against Herbert - Justin Herbert vs. Lamar Jackson: Head-to-Head Stats Comparison | Stathead.com - He's 3-0 against Goff - Jared Goff vs. Lamar Jackson: Head-to-Head Stats Comparison | Stathead.com

If he loses to Pat again I think it'd make more sense to start giving credit to Pat for being that dude vs pretending like Lamar is some sneaky massive problem. We'll see again this year because if everyone stays healthy it's gonna be Baltimore and KC again.
All of what you said still doesn't change the premise of my point in that those weapons aren't as bad as people claim them to be if he can still win MVP even with them :unimpressed:

This season sucks azz.

Jameis is still having issues with throwing to the other team. I like him but this is a reason why he can't start for a team.

Ravens got the offense to make it but may have difficulty with the Chiefs in playoffs. Wanna see how they play against Wilson led Steelers. They could win it all but I don't trust them against Chiefs.

Bills still a thorn in Fins azz.

Falcons gonna win NFC South but not sure how far they make it in post season.

It does! Nelson Agholor's name STILL can't be said in Eagles households. They still ain't forgave him. That doesn't make him not terrible because Lamar won a MVP with him as his #2.

Name ANY other Super Bowl contending team you think Rashod Bateman is starting on.

Those other teams don't matter because they are on the Ravens and Lamar still won MVP with same said weapons with people hyping him up to win back to back MVP with them on the roster.

None of the other shyt you say matters :mjlol:

It's other QBs out here putting up numbers with mehhh receivers on the roster unless you'd like to pretend that those receivers only exist on the Ravens?

Those types of stats are the exact reason why people don't like hearing the Lamar needs more weapons argument when they're putting up historical numbers like that.
This I can agree with. It's giving LeGM at this point :troll: I heard how trash Bateman and Agholor are all last week, yet no mention of Zay cooking or Mark Andrews hopping out the casket the past few weeks. It HAS been and will continue to be about how L Jack performs in the biggest moments come playoffs.

This is disingenuous. The Ravens success has been predicated on the running game and solid defense most of Lamar's tenure there. They've had multiple backs contribute to keeping the offense flowing and assisting his MVP campaigns. The focus on the "lack of talent" at the wideout position is a cop-out. Why spend big money there when your offense isn't dependent on that position?
