They still were good enough to help him win MVP last season. My point is that those receivers aren't as trash as people on here keep hyping them up to be.
It doesn't matter breh. They will say they need to graft Mahomes or Stafford's arm and blame someone else before any criticism to Lamar. He's playing with bums and Henry is mid, it's all Lamar unless they lose

Him making lemons out of lemonade doesn't make the weapons argument less applicable. He was his team's running game for the past few years before Henry came this season. All of his WRs are undersized and/or inconsistent. Only Zay from his WR group is playing on any other team. Bateman and Agholor aren't playing anywhere else.

The main point with his weapons was last year when he needed them to come up with a Chase/Kelce/Diggs level play in the AFCG Zay Flowers crashed out, Nelson Agholor was his #2 WR, and OBJ old ass was his #3. OBJ shouldn't have been in the league anymore and now both his #2 and #3 WRs randomly get a case of the drops.

Don't put all the blame on those weapons when Lamar didn't come through on his own in that game when it matters as well. Hell, posters on this site (not sure if you were one of them) were picking the Ravens to beat the Chiefs even with those weapons, so don't come juelzing now.

Winning MVP isn't easy so the making lemons out of lemonade argument doesn't work nor should be used. If it was that easy, then everyone else would be out here doing it.

My point is that you can't hype up regular season success and then come juelzing playoff time as we clown other teams for the same exact thing.

what exactly is your criteria for mid if the leading nfl rusher is mid?

Just about every team can beat one their supposed to besides the packers.

One of the “Good teams” that’s going to get beat by actual good teams is the packers.

Jordan love should have never been… oh wow

A damn packer :unimpressed:

Jags didn't fire Peterson last week so he could get his homecoming game in Philly... And then executed midfield after the game

I was one of the ones joining in when they lost last year. The inconsistent throws. The interception. The hesitancy to run when he had open lanes. He wasn't dodging no criticism. It can still be a separate point that he played mostly shytty AND the people he was throwing to weren't helping especially as it became clear Agholor and OBJ weren't gonna contribute. Purdy got the reverse a lot. No matter what he did last season it was about the weapons.

We can flip it. If Pat hadn't won throwing to Mecole, Toney, and Juju I would've shot him bail too, even with Prime Kelce, because that shyt matters especially in the playoffs. That's why I think your point is kinda in bad faith. The playoffs are different. You ain't allowed to play dumb about that. I know you smart. I read how you write. We've had back and forths. You're clever. There's always nuance required in figuring out playoff loses that aren't blowouts. It's always gonna be a nitpicky thing especially when the only guy he consistently loses to is Pat and/or Andy. The margins with them are always going to be tight.

For all of his other peers? He's 5-1 against Burrow - Joe Burrow vs. Lamar Jackson: Head-to-Head Stats Comparison | Stathead.com - He's 3-1 against Allen - Josh Allen vs. Lamar Jackson: Head-to-Head Stats Comparison | Stathead.com - He's 2-0 against Herbert - Justin Herbert vs. Lamar Jackson: Head-to-Head Stats Comparison | Stathead.com - He's 3-0 against Goff - Jared Goff vs. Lamar Jackson: Head-to-Head Stats Comparison | Stathead.com

If he loses to Pat again I think it'd make more sense to start giving credit to Pat for being that dude vs pretending like Lamar is some sneaky massive problem. We'll see again this year because if everyone stays healthy it's gonna be Baltimore and KC again.
