Teams can have their current avg QB play while they develop a rookie QB. But instead, they ditch the veteran and feed the rookie to the wolves. Teams think they in win now mode but they really aint(only a few).

Giants can bush Daniels, have Devito take over while they draft and develop a young QB for a year or two. But nahhh

Even colleges arent that stupid to just toss a freshman out of high school into a starting role.
