Curious why they get ZERO shade for that?

Like yeah they've played in SB against the Ravens awhile back, the Chiefs more recently etc., but they've most definitely had the best roster (outside of QB) yet everyone acts like they are an underdog damn near.

Cowboys get roasted for choking yet SF has been closer to the mountaintop and choked EVERY TIME since 1994.

If you swap resumes, Dallas would still get the most shyt and people would give the Niners a pass.

At the end of the day you need a good tp elite QB to win SBs and we dont have that. Of course there are outliers

We're gonna have a new champ this year. The Chiefs aren't repeating because their offense looks off with Nagy as the OC.....I know he doesn't call the OC there doesn't call plays, but it seems like EB's role in that building was for accountability. If I could bet in CA I'd bet a Ravens vs Eagles Super Bowl.....and the Eagles winning.

The 49ers wildcard (Deebo) being missing makes the whole thing too easy for defenses to gameplan against.

Losing Trent has been bad for BOTH Brock AND CMC.

Everyone knows the key to us is stopping our run game aka CMC. Deebo we used a lot in the short game passing game and that isn't there much either with him gone. Shanny isn't using George enough either.

Brock is just coming back down to earth. A LOT of his potential picks got dropped last year and they are getting picked off this year. DCs got the tape on him too.

Play him and you win enough games to not draft a QB. You're not contending with him and he's gone after the season.

Lamar is 7-2 vs The Bengals and I believe only one loss is vs Burrow. The Ravens were in 1st the last two seasons before he got hurt.

Mahomes can look like Josh Allen a lot when you take away Kelce. He has bad habits. You saw it in that Bengals 2021 AFC title game, 2022 Super Bowl, etc.

Mahomes is a great QB... but again, he's not THAT much better than Allen and Herbert.

Having good lines and Kelce has protected him.

The other two guys have 0 of those combined. Herbert has a .500 career record but I guess the white QB's ice is colder

I don’t know why you are speaking at length on the basics of football and who these guys were supposed to be coming out of college. They do not separate from defenders very well in our amongst the bottom half of the league and doing so. I’m sorry… But most quarterbacks struggle with bad wide receiver cores.

I think sometimes people purposely want to make football sounds complicated because they just don’t want to accept simple truths

Who a player is coming out of college matters because it should inform how you have to use them at the next level to get a proper return on investment.

At the end of the day, Mahomes either needs to get to elevating that room (which is young as fukk) or Andy Reid needs to start calling plays more tailored to their strengths.

He shouldn't have been the MVP favorite.

All that "essay" says is even if his receiver room needs to get better, Mahomes is supposed to be able to elevate what he has around him until that room gets better.
