Not sure what happened during Russ's last seasons with the Seahawks but him going to Denver was a huge mistake.

I don't think he was ever washed but I'm glad to see him shutting up his haters this season. Way too many folks was coming out the woodwork to shyt on him.
Mark Schlereth spent all off-season shytting on him.

shyt was over the top.

Ehhh numbers can be deceiving. There was a reason why they were weeks where those dudes on the Denver defense were visibly pissed and frustrated with Russ and that Broncos offense.
and I watched those games with Peyton making some of the wackest playcalls.

not saying that Russ couldn't have been better, but cats acting like dude was washed was an overexaggeration

I mean that's fine, but we're also not going to sit here and pretend like there weren't people on this site who were claiming his demise as well even this season and thinking that Fields should have gotten the start over him. A lot of this now is revisionist history.

Fields 100% needs to take some lessons from Russ on touch on the ball. He has the cannon, but his touch and arch has got to get better to keep an NFL career.

Add me to the list of people who thought Russ was washed :manny:

Im a Broncos fan, Although the treatment he got was overkill he still kind of played poorly, I do wish he would've slapped the shyt out of Sean Payton though.

I also think he probably was feeing himself too much, and after the treatment he got the past two years that fire started burning for him again. He's now dancing and celebrating and shyt.
:wow:

Russ is doing what Russ did in Seattle. Getting a jump all specialist in Williams was a great move.

Caleb has better weapons but Maye outplayed him today.
