We should have drafted another RB in De'Anthony Thomas in the 4th rd. Instead of drafting a 4th string WR.

Devin Street is basically a special team player. If we drafting special team players, then draft the best one on the board in De'Anthony Thomas.

Jerry kill yourself. :facepalm::smh:

Street sounds decent for where we got him. There is no excuses for us not to make the play-offs on offense alone. Defense may be bad, but we've been building so heavily on the offense, we should at least make it to the play-offs and the second round at that.

A team that has a good (not all time great) offense but a really really bad defense, isn't a guarantee for the playoffs or second round at all.

Cowboys are gonna need a few breaks on defense (Melton being healthy, someone stepping up and getting qb pressure, decent safety play). Look how bad the defense was last year, and they had Hatcher who had a great year

There are no excuses for the offense. Over the last 4 years, we invested 3 first round picks on the offense. If you put that amount of resources into an offense and it is not great, there is a clear problem in the organization. Top notch receiver in Dez, solid number 2 in Williams, HOF TE in Witten, very solid RB in Murray... and now an extremely stout line. Last year, we grabbed Escobar and Terrance Williams in the second. We clearly built around the offense, and it's up to them to perform.

Yep, and we can't ever really develop our TEs because Witten is always on the field, which is not a bad thing for the 'present', but is stunting the growth of our future.
