Did ND ever say that their next game won't have MP? I honestly haven't gotten into any MP games this gen aside from Call of Duty. I really only played MP heavily during the PS3 era and some during the PS4 era. After that I sort of fell off and stopped playing em as much. ND games usually have the most fluid and tight controlling games that still look beautiful such as Uncharted 4. Last MP game I really enjoyed besides some FPS titles was Max Payne 3.

They said TLOU 3 would have it, but that's easily another 3 years away.
I haven't been playing multiplayer games either. Battlefield 2042 was trash. COD I don't take seriously. Nba 2k devs don't give a fuk about anything but money. So yeah I been mainly playing single player the past 2 years or so.
