I have seen 16 of them, of the remaining 9 films I am only familiar with (have heard of) 2 of them.

Not that it matters because the list loses all credibility for including The 40 Year Old Virgin.

Regardless I will agree with the assessment of @FlyRy that he sucks as a cinephile.

Yeah I get the desire to have a comedy on the list but 40 year old virgin seems like....not saying it wasn't funny, but is the funniest movie this century? It's definitely important but is it the funniest:jbhmm:

That's why I feel like it's there. It may not be the funniest (to me anyway) but you can make an argument it's the most important. like you said it launched a lot of careers and outside of the hangover it's the most imitated story now this century for comedies.

Boyhood was the biggest waste of an ambitious project I've ever seen.

Amazing technical achievement but so forgettable. Can't recall 90% of it.
