And now, existing and former US government officials have told members of Congress that AARO and the Pentagon have broken the law by not revealing a significant body of information about UAPs, including military intelligence databases that have evidence of their existence as physical craft.

One of these individuals is a current or former US government official acting as a UAP whistleblower. The person has written a report that says “the Executive Branch has been managing UAP/NHI issues without Congressional knowledge, oversight, or authorization for some time, quite possibly decades.”

Furthermore, these individuals have revealed the name of an active and highly secretive DOD “Unacknowledged Special Access Program,” or USAP. The source of the document told Public that the USAP is a “strategic intelligence program” that is part of the US military’s family of long-standing, highly-sensitive programs dealing with various aspects of the UAP ‘problem.’”

Public is revealing its name here for the first time.

The new UAP whistleblower claims that the US military and IC database includes videos and images taken using “Infrared (IR), Forward-Looking Infrared (FLIR), Full Motion Video (FMV), and Still Photography.” The government whistleblower made their claims in a report provided to authorized Committees of Congress and their staff.

The whistleblower alleges that the DOD created the USAP, called “Immaculate Constellation,” in 2017 after the New York Times published an article describing an informal Pentagon UAP program called “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program,” or AATIP.

The report shared with Congress says, “IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION serves as a central or ‘parent’ USAP that consolidates observations” of UAPs and “by both tasked and untasked collection platforms.”

The whistleblower’s report includes seven categories of evidence. It describes in detail various UAP sightings collected by technical assets and US military personnel. “The multitude of wavelengths collected by these sensors,” the report says, “have captured UAP characteristics that are difficult or impossible to observe with the human eye alone. Subtle atmospheric effects associated with UAPs are also visible through the sensors employed by the U.S. military and intelligence agencies.

“The verifiable chain of custody for UAP IMINT [-quality Imagery Intelligence] collected by U.S. military assets,” the person wrote, “ensures a high level of confidence in the accuracy and integrity of the data gathered.”

The report concludes that “the existence of IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION demonstrates the extant capability to detect, quarantine, and transfer UAP and ARV [Alien Reproduction Vehicle] collection incidents before they are observed and circulated within the Military Intelligence Enterprise, thus serving as a means of enforcing internal information security.”

A former IC official confirmed to Public the existence of Immaculate Constellation, “That program is run out of SEC DEF [Office of the Secretary of Defense],” the person said. “They don’t want to acknowledge it’s real.”

The same person warned that simply printing the name “Immaculate Constellation” could trigger government surveillance under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) of whoever publishes it. “They won’t comment on it, but talking about it will put you in the danger zone. They enforce the secrecy with a lot of vigor.”

The whistleblower’s report said that “A significant volume of intelligence reports documenting first-hand encounters with Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs) or Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) by DOD personnel exists within defense HUMINT [Human Intelligence] databases accessible to the Intelligence Community.”

Immaculate Constellation ”includes high-quality Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) of UAPs,” the whistleblower’s report adds. “The sources of this intelligence are a blend of directed and incidental collection capabilities positioned in Low Earth Orbit (LEO), the upper atmosphere, as well as military and civilian aviation altitudes and maritime environments.”

The report to Congress describes in detail various UAPs. “From 1991 to 2022, the most common UAP shapes reported in this USG dataset were spheres/orbs, discs/saucers, ovals/tic-tacs, triangles, boomerang/arrowhead, and irregular/organic.”

The report describes various incidents found in the HUMINT databases.

One involved orbs surrounding and forcing an F-22 out of its patrol area. “The F-22 broke trajectory and attempted to evade but was intercepted and boxed in by approximately 3-6 UAPs,” according to the report.

“One UAP maneuvered in proximity (>12 meters) to the area directly starboard of the cockpit; there the UAP established a rigid spatial relationship with the F-22, maintaining its exact position and orientation parallel with the F-22’s cockpit despite multiple evasive rolls and maneuvers. Surrounded by the presumed hostile UAPs, the F-22 was forced out of the mission area under the escort of the UAP formation.”

In another incident, the crew of a Navy aircraft carrier watched a “small orange-red sphere” rapidly descend from a high altitude to 100-200 yards directly above the flight deck of the CVN [aircraft carrier].

“The UAPs appeared to emit a soft orange-red light which, bizarrely, did not illuminate the ocean or the flight deck of the CVN despite the visual appearance of intense luminosity. The surface of the UAP was observed to be dynamic, ‘roiling like the surface of the sun.’”

The US government creating a top-secret UAP program in 2017 would completely contradict the other claims that have already been made, which were based on the idea that the top-secret UAP program is 70 years old.

Until the final couple paragraphs, there isn't a single interesting observation in the entire article, and when it finally does describe an interesting incident it doesn't bother telling us anything about what the evidence for the claimed interaction was.

There’s has been conversation for months now about the naming of the SAP and USAP program involving the UAP program.

This article mostly go into some detail and talks about the collection of evidence that is in a database that was brought to to Congressional attention.

Whoever this person is they provided a 25 page report to Congress, and the article goes over some of what is in that report. Who knows when/if that will come out

There will be another UFO hearing in October, and hopefully this whistleblower or others like them will be part of that one. The bipartisan committee in charge of the hearing has stated they are keeping the guest list close to their chest.. so hopefully it will be something more than what was presented last time

The UFO mofos need to stfu because i grew up thinking they had something with the grainy videos they showed. Nowadays everyone got a camera in their pocket and i still aint seen a video with an alien ship that does not look it was filmed with a potato.

I think maybe 5% are hoax. The other 95% are confused people who see something unclear and make up a whole story about it.

The problem is that the 5% who are hoaxes and grifters drive the energy that keeps the other 95% going.

So still no definitive or substantial answers/evidence :russell:
The real issue is that there gatekeepers on this type of information that would shed light on this issue

We have some of the best camera and radar data/capabilities on the planet within our military and they refuse to answer questions posed by citizens, and other service members

Having intrusions within military airspace IS NOT NORMAL. I work ATC and have large blocks of airspace that is reserved for military excercises like MOA’s and ATCA’s and it’s not a normal thing to have random incursions within that space while fighters are excercising…. But routinely there are stories and actual confirmed government examples of that very thing happening with no explanation.

I’m surprised people still believe humans on earth are the only thing out there. If we could land on all these other planets we would. why wouldn’t a more advanced being drive by occasionally?

Nearly everyone in developed countries is walking around with a more advanced camera in their pocket (phone) than humans had at virtually any point in our history. Yet nobody has seen anything to suggest aliens are real. It would be impossible to prevent some random person from going live on IG and filming an alien crash. We live in a world where one of the most secretive special forces operations of all time - the Bin Laden raid - was leaked on twitter because some guy in Pakistan happened to hear top secret helicopters flying over his house. But nobody has seen aliens. Ok...

There are 195 nations on Earth, something like 50,000 military pilots in our military alone split up between five different branches, another 150,000 commercial pilots not to mention private pilots, and then you go down through every single country and every single military branch....not to mention you can go back 100 years and still don't have any proof or evidence of anything.

The idea that there could be any sort of "gatekeeper" for a global phenomenon that they don't even control that lasts through all of history is ridiculous. Let's say a UAP crashes in Zimbabwae, who is the "gatekeeper" who stops that from coming to light?

And yet there is no evidence that a single anomalous object has been recorded on any two systems at the same time, ever. Something funning on video can be simple parallax effect. Something funny on radar can be due to targeted jamming or a glitch. So far as we know, no one has EVER seen something definitively non-human based on video and radar at the same time. Absolutely bizarre, considering our capabilities.....unless there was nothng to see.

Most of those are almost certainly mistaken identity. Lay people treat pilots like gods when in reality a substantial minority are fukk-ups, and even the reliable ones can make a mistake X% of the time. We're at the point where literally thousands of pilots have mistaken Starlink launches for UFOs, even 5+ years after Starlink started and after so many other mistaken identities that it became a meme.

Do you find it odd that the sightings always seem to match the technology of the era? Before we had planes, no one reported flying saucers or tic tac UFOs in the sky to any serious degree. What few sightings there were usually looked like meteor showers or were described as slow airships....the exact thing that existed with man at the time. Even after planes started, UFO sightings were rare. But once we got jet capabilities, suddenly people started seeing UFOs that just happened to be the same color and size and skinnier sleetness of jets. Experimental jets started flying, and then the UFOs stared doing things like experimental jets. Now we have drones, and - big surprise! - we're seeing little drone UFOs everywhere.

Only constant is that everyone, in every period, has kept mistaking balloons for aliens.
