I fw Hitman back to the OG games but that’s different from Splinter Cell. SC is more espionage shyt, and completely staying outta sight. Plus a majority of the time you don’t even have to kill someone
if you've seen ubisoft open world games lately you can't possibly be excited to see a splinter cell take on it

Hearing it's open-world should make you more concerned, considering the publisher; not less.
The company does not change, and only makes one kind of AAA game, just given varying coats of paint. Assassin's Creed is Watch Dogs is Far Cry at this point.
It's going to basically just be whatever modern-age AC was going to look like if they'd ever completed the Desmond storyline and got to current era more - bloat and a big-ass map covered in markers and 'activities', but really only like 5 fun things to do and a gameplay loop that'll get boring exactly five minutes after the Steam gameplay-based return window closes.
They'll spend all that time and money and it'll still be a worse espionage game than the jumbled, unfinished mess Kojima left on Konami's desk before fleeing the building 6 years ago

You think Far Cry 6 is a bad open world game? The latest Assassin Creeds? (Valhalla, Odyssey, and Origins)

I’m saying, i really be holding my tongue on here about Ubisoft cause i know theres people that like their games.
Same, that was my only complaint about MGS5, the environments felt repetitive and the same. If this game is done right it can be great.
