Sweetwater and Reverb have both had them available for preorder since the initial rollout/announcement
January 22nd is a date that's been floating around for awhile now. I'm not sure if that's changed though

I pre ordered it early bruv... I kept emailing the supplier (musicmatters.com)... They told me Roland were not expecting that many pre orders and they was struggling to keep up with the demand.
They didn't even tell me when they dispatched it to me g... It jus turned up at my yard and I knew it was the 404 cos I didn't buy shyt else loool
Now the rumor is that another wave of units are due to ship in March. This is such a botched rollout. And I know part of it is due to supply chain issues that are prevalent in all electronics markets, but it also sounds like they were completely unprepared for the demand which is ridiculous.
