the human eye is 576 mega pixels. No camera can match, so they HAVE to enhance it to get a closer depiction. I'm certain the colours of the planet are even more vivid than the enhanced pictures. Just take a look at your planet and the clearest pictures and it still doesn't compare to what we'd see if we were on the space station.

There's more to see that the human eye can't pick up on than there is that we can see, infrared light being one if them.
