New Orleans is a bowl, there’s nothing that can stop this. It willl eventually be underwater.
Why the fukk would it be built like that? I'm sorry those folks need to move. That's like building a house on an active volcano.
Nothing really. They're already several feet under sea level so any rise in water elevation and they'll flood. New Orleans is literally like a bowl waiting to be constantly flooded.
