It's not about Cenk's lies, it's about the Democrats' lies. Victor is claiming that Republicans constantly lie, but that Democrats only occasionally "stretch the truth" a little.
That is so completely removed from reality that all you can do is laugh. Like I said before, Victor lives in a bubble.
