I love this movie from the facial expressions Midget made throughout the movie, the soundtrack and the cop who resembled Jerry Seinfeld on HGH/roids.

I didnt care for it much, it had jersey but was filmed in NY for the most part, that in lil bit of Jersey city.

I was around during the carjack era, even though the movie was filmed in Brooklyn, the characters really capture that Jersey style. All in all a great movie. '95 was like the Wild Wild West back then. I got my car '91 Acura jacked 3 times.
