Eeeh. Maybe I need to re-read the statement, because it certainly doesn't sound like they're for it. This is quite the slippery slope for all of the African Americans who work for the E. Do you just grin and take it or do you speak out your feelings and let it be known, despite consequences that may come with it. I'd hate to be in this position with no other promotions to go to in the day and age.
