You don't care but if the consequences of this bill up the chances of felon committing another crime against a law abiding citizen, shouldn't we all care about that?

We have to as other's have said "look at the big picture" and :whoa: on our drive (maybe understandably) for revenge and punishment.

If, this criminal had made better choices, he wouldn't be a violent criminal. Sorry, I don't have sympathy for those who choose to make life tougher for everyone else in society because of their own selfish desires. So they don't get food stamps. Big fukking deal. I'm more than certain that someone in their path of destruction has suffered much more than not getting food stamps.

See this is where we I think we have a disconnect. To me this isn't about sympathy. This to me is about whether or not this bill law does more harm then good.

IMO this law will at best give felons coming home one more reason to commit crimes again. As others have said it won't be the sole reason and probably won't be the main reason however, it doesn't help.

Be real about it, the overwhelming majority are thinking about their next lick the moment they know they are being released. They are not worried about no food stamps.

:whoo: i DON'T think this is a good idea

i use to stay at an apartment complex filled with Section 8 residents....

and alot of these section 8 reciepiants were single mothers as well as cats just coming home from the penitentary who had those "food stamps" on deck..

you take those "food stamps" away from dudes like that ....the whole country will be turned up like Chicago :violent:

congress are idiots.....

i think i'm gonna move to Canada :to:

:ohhh: so the country gonna have lower crime ? Because Chicago the past 5 years is way better than chicago of 5 , 10 and 15 years ago

one thing I dont notice with these bills... is we keeping passing bills taking away shyt, but our taxes keep going up :what:

I personally don't know that to be true but, even if it is why give them more reasons.

Maybe I should ask how do think this law makes our lives better, safer, or more positve.

Maybe I will understand your point of view better by your answer.

You sound like a typical enabler. Doesn't make my life any safer, better or more positive. I'm just not the type of person who rewards foul behavior. Seems like you are. "Here you go Mr. Williams, we know you've been locked up for 3 years, and we know its not the first time you ever went and did a bid, but you're 35 now and we need to make sure you have enough to eat".
:stopitslime:

Meanwhile, Willy Boy is thinking, :lolbron:

Am I an enabler possibly :lupe:

But, where I think we differ is your making this about the felon where I'm thinking more about regular society.

I don't want an increase in crime due to the want for revenge or punishment.
I don't want unemployed, , low income, hungry "Wily Boy" to decide I'm going to get my food from some regular citizen.

Too much stereotyping in here.

Basically this is a boogyman law to try and curve future crime.

But it's not even close to a solution. They're gonna start with "violent crimes" then move down to smaller crimes to the point where you gotta be squeaky clean to get an EBT card.

It's whatever though. When the crime rates rise because dudes can't eat while they're looking for work I guess we'll have the good ole 2nd amendment to protect us. That'll never change like this.

Bruh you are sheltered as fukk. Who you think is gonna feed these people once they are released and trying to find a job? You gonna donate food to them?
Man I got plenty of jail bird cousins that are in and out of jail.
These fools find work every time they get out working in garages, changing tires/oil...shyt like that. They always fukk it up though...end up beating up their girlfriend, getting drunk, or fukking around on the block again.

You cats are the ones that are sheltered...there are a million hustles in this country. You dont need a job to make money...you just need motivation and drive.
Most of these cats doing dirt on the streeet arent starving like that...that line is overused. They got dreams of coming up and being big time...not just eating.

shyt, there is a food pantry a block from my house, and once a week they give out food..I dont see not one young nikka out there in line getting food...its all older folks and drunk corner store nikkas.

Im a college drop out and quit my job last year cuz I got sick of that shyt. I got 10 figures in my bank account because everyday when i wake up i think about ways to make money...I dont blow my shyt, I dont go out partying, and I stay away from trouble.

Meanwhile I got a cousin who I grew up with who lives on his drunk mammas couch, got some hood booger pregnant, and cant stay sober enough to go to work...im supposed to feel bad for him?

also...I used to work in restaurants.

Every last one I worked in had a nikka fresh out that worked there. 9 times out of 10 them nikkas quit within a month because they dont like taking orders, cant get to work on time, got caught stealing, or felt they were too good for the job.

prison industry: :eat:

You put it in humor...but that's exactly the plan. The question is not that "Do they know the impact?" but "What comes after the Impact." It's chess not checkers brehs:ohhh:.

Its all warfare. Psychological, societal, and economic...warfare. nikkaaz is guinea pigs...have been for the past eon.

Question. What you gone do now? :ld:

I agree with this but white collar crooks aren't the type to be on food stamps. We need to figure out another way to punish them

Nah they don't get food subsidies, they get big ass breaks...money plain and simple. They will always get a pass tho. It's real funny when you compare the two.

1. Some cat with card that allows him/her to get $200 of processed grocery items.

2. A B/Millionaire that gets a $600,000,000 break and bonus for "promising to create jobs...that never come; because profit is priority and hiring a fukkka is a expense.

Can't punish em. They already purchased the Gov, Courts, and Cops.
What you need is a revolution. This new bill has potential for just that too....:youngsabo:

What do you expect is going to happen to that person who isn't able to get food stamps to at least start trying to get back on their feet? It leads back down the same dark road. So you think someone who made a mistake and served their time doesn't deserve a shot to make it right? Ever? Because in the grand scheme of things, that's what it's coming down to. Thus, it'll lead them right back down that road, "making life tougher for everyone else in society."

Doesn't sound like you want to solve any problems or fix anything. Just keep those people out of your way. fukked up
