There's nothing anywhere else in the country that can't be built in the south. You don't even have to live here to invest
Alot of black people are going to look back on history and see another missed opportunity at building wealth and infastructure because we don't want to put on hardhats and cut back

Just to give some perspective on that price - I can live in a top floor penthouse in Emeryville or a condo in SOMA (South of market/Frisco) for around 4000 a month
