Out here in my damn drawls
My money goes further and there's plenty of investments opportunities down here :yeshrug:

There's nothing anywhere else in the country that can't be built in the south. You don't even have to live here to invest

Alot of black people are going to look back on history and see another missed opportunity at building wealth and infastructure because we don't want to put on hardhats and cut back

Go ask older AAs that remember Jim Crow how they feel about the south:francis:
Good question. Most of the older relatives on my AA side moved back to North Carolina and even the younger gen. My grandmother is the only one that prefers living in New York. My grandfather is still in NC.

Doesn't matter what kind of enclave it becomes, if the local residents don't buy up anything. Travel to a new region only to have it gentrified 10 years later brehs.
You have no choice....

Rothstein wants your black azz out of the northeast..the plate ain't big enough for everyone to eat...

And your money ain't long enough to afford the rent.... :camby:

Nah, it's plenty of brothas and sistas that are making money enough to live in those places

But if they can't price them out, they'll be culturally ostracized. Nothing will be built with you in mind

Even on the off chance that it's not malicious or intentional, it's a socially natural phenomenon for groups to prioritize their own

I do agree that the South NEEDS MORE secuirty for black people to convince more to move South. DEFINITELY would not move to Texas or South Carolina. :scust:

But good o'le Georgia is good with me along with good o'le North Carolina.
Funny though Texas is one of the southern states I could see myself living in. SC not so much tho

I understand this but fukk these cacs snd jews. My grandfather bled for this shyt. My mom slaved for it and I'll be damned if they run me out without a fight. :pacspit:. They gonna either have to pony up that 30mil or kill me. This is about more than region. This is about taking a stand against colonialism. :pacspit:

I live in a city with a corner store right around the corner from me actually 4 of them. I also.have two supermarkets in 3 blocks of me. I don't like space. It's inconvenient.

Speaking as someone from Baltimore, I understand that having bodegas on the corner is nice but fukk all that compared to having space. Don't get me wrong breh, my Sister tells me something similar as to why she was still there... until she wised up and moved to the burbs in Glenn Burnie.

No way in hell I'm staying in a shoebox just because there's little stores built into the block. :stopitslime:
