The south can he spacious in places like Texas but it ain't like it's big and empty wasteland type shyt. Just live downtown.
That's the issue. Where I live I don't have to move downtown for convenience. There's not much incentive for me to move back to the south at this time. Especially since I own property in the north east.

My grandparents in NC rn but i see what you're saying. Fact is that attitude in 2017 is pure stupidity since all the nikkas that's getting pushed off they blocks because they non factors and don't own shyt come down there to dikk ride. AA's moved everywhere from the south, west coast, Midwest, every damn where. That southern slander be coming from the tristate area, where blacks are weirdos in comparison to the rest of the country. West coast, south and Midwest, we all similar, we all get along and we all clique up. The Vernacular and vibes you get from blacks are very similar. And considering how washed and behind up north is when it comes to the culture, i doubt it's a coincidence.
