Yeah it's no fun. I had some last year. Luckily it was only a week, but still, hobbling round is no joke and the constant uncomfortable pain.

Sorry to hear that op.

I had sciatica piriformis, serious pain, for 3 months in 2022... I actually googled disability the shyt was so bad.

I ended up on Flexeril, prednisone, neurontin and tramadol ... I was a damn zombie from all those drugs...

I thankfully it's 98% resolved.

Don't forget to stretch as much as you can. The exercises are on youtube.

Try yoga. I know it's a crazy thing to do but if you have the space go for it.

Great way to stretch and meditate.

Would recommend DDP yoga or you can try some rodney yee, that's the main one that helped me

Try these. This guy is the truth. I get flare ups once in awhile. My last one was so damn bad, I looked up stretches out of desperation and found him. First round of stretches I felt a major difference. By day two the pain was gone

Also, Remember that it gets better. Folks told me it was a waiting game when I blew mine out 2 months ago. I didn't believe em and I thought I'd be a cripple for life.



And it did get better . It just took forever. One day you will just wake up and for no reason whatsoever, you will feel better.



I'm personally waiting on my next breakthrough. Active Pain is gone currently, but my endurance is sapped. I'm strong and moving for 20 minutes, but Any more than that created tenderness . If I push further, the initial pain reemerges
