Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
So if I upload on my laptop I could watch on a plex app or whatever
If your laptop stayed on. I have it on my home desktop and download torrents. Computer never goes off. So I essentially have my own free streaming service that can be used anywhere at anytime.

Only way you pay is if you want to stream on the phone app

They'll prob do it like each subscription is valid for a certain number of IP addresses. Let's say instead of 5 accounts, it's 5 IP addresses. Of course there's ways around it, but if you use it on multiple TVs and smart devices, hell there's your 5 already.

That's why I think they're using the word "househhouse. You have kids, they all have cellphones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs. Most people will use 5 without blinking an eye in their own house. You use it outside they'll either tax like crazy, or have service tiers.

You'll still be able to share, you'll just have to be strategic about it. For most, it'll be too much hassle so they'll just sign up

The exact words was “people outside your household will have to enter additional account info.”

so they don’t have to do all that. They simply record your home IP and any device that logs in outside of that, you need to add in crucial account info. Probably a piece of info you don’t want given out. Maybe some CC digits, phone number authentication, etc etc. shyt you’d trust with your girl and kids but not sally from work
