I just had this on in the background. Looked up during the elevator video and I’m spooked.I went down the rabbit hole of this case a few years.
The case gets less creepy once you come to the conclusion it may have been an accidental death.

Ok so you have a suicide, a strangulation, this black man that they’re interviewing says that he never rents a room higher than the 6th floor because you’re more likely to get killed on a higher floor. That’s what the resident tells you during your check - in .

I was obsessed with this story since Day 1 but that said, I fell asleep last night during the 3rd episode. This has been a chore to watch thus far.
Nothing really new of note, although I don't recall reading that she had hit the button on the elevator causing the doors to stay open for 2 minutes.
