nah, BB glamorized selling meth. they made it seem like if you have a RV and the right equipment, you could become a millionaire over night. Narcos makes its clear that you will more than likely die a painful death if you set food in the drug trade

not really.

I liked how narcos made Escobar look like able then showed his viciousness as the first season went along

That plane thing was just stupid

I also enjoy how the cops were dragged down to his level and just as violent as the drug dealers. The dea guy got dragged down as well

They captured his sidekick and never thought of putting him in jail, they just murdered him

the show was biased, they went an exta 10 miles to make Escobar look worse than he actually was. they ignored everything the Colombian government did at this time, which made what the cartels did look like child's play. trust me, they didn't need the cartels to "drag them down to his level", they were alreadly like that.

:snoop: the fact that you don't know shows how naive you are. People like you should do some research before relying on some TV show to provide 100% accurate depictions. Anyway I will give you a little history lesson if that's what you want, if you wanna know more you gotta look it up yourself. At the height of its terror campaign, the Medellin Cartel killed 175 and injured 721 in Bogota between May and December 1989, the most difficult period of the cartel’s offensive. In comparison, between January and November 1989, there were 5,700 presumed political killings in the country, the majority by Colombian military units and paramilitary groups. And when they say "political killings", they're not talking about killing cartel people--they're talking about killing teachers, trade unionists, human rights activists, peasant organizers, etc. This was in the context of the communist insurgency in Colombia, which was a much bigger concern for the Colombian military and the oligarchs than the cartels. And what gets interesting is how operations and funding around anti-cartel/anti-narcotics activities got wrapped up in the anti-communist/anti-insurgency campaigns.

How accurate do u believe the events were told in the Killing Pablo documentary? Killing those presidential candidates, hiring rogue army units to burn the evidence to keep from being extradited...the kidnappings..all out attack on the Supreme Court of records..what's the limit?

I dont claim to be an expert but im pretty sure the killing of officials and the hiring of MS was accurate- even the plane bombing is documented

Best scene imo...

Nicca goin to the same hotel all the time.. smh. The p*ssy got him :mjpls:

Hell yeah that's the best scene, how he was yelling that they and their families were all gonna die was powerful and how they just cut to him laying dead all bloody and beat up was visceral, that's the word use, idk if I'm using it correctly tho lol. That dude is a fantastic actor and defintely my favorite character.
