Man it's definitely some shyt I can relate to when he and his girl talk about going from your 20's to your 30's and every fukking decision or indecision feels like there's so much at stake. I don't know how true it is, and the elders in my life with more wisdom tell me not to stress it and it's a natural feeling at this age, but damn I put so much pressure on myself and especially the last couple eps in the season really hit me a certain way.



Maybe too much so. The comedy almost entirely went away the last two eps for me and I started evaluating my entire life and shyt

Watched two episodes. It's aight, if not just basically another version of Louie. The dialogue is delivered really stiffly, but I don't think it's intentional. I just think they're not great actors.

That and also I think if you got a stand up writer writing dialogue that seems like it could fit well into a standup format, a lot of it doesn't work. Then there are lines that are clearly his thoughts and his sense of humor, but other people are saying them, which makes it awkward also. The delivery and some of the lines was definitely the weakest part of the show.

I thought the Parents episode was the best one, didn't really like any of the other episodes.

Rewatched a few episodes with a friend and the acting/line delivering definitely stands out even more on repeated viewings. And not just the supporting actors but Aziz himself. Its like sometimes he's saying some of his lines on a delay. Everything else about this show is very well done though.

I don't know what the other brehs are talking about. Like I said before the Parents episode was "funny". The rest of it was just awkward, like you are waiting for the funny.


This is definitely not Louie.

Just like to add, his parents on the show, are his actual parents.

Also, I never knew the guy from Short Circuit 2 wasn't Indian. I never realized it because I only saw the movie when I was younger.
