Just watched the First Date episode. Absolutely perfect. That convo he had about worrying about being a fetish was so fukking real. Aziz gifted as hell.
There are some good elements in this show but the acting is downright horrible. Like Youtube level bad. Aziz and his three friends in the first season (especially the black woman and the Asian guy) and 2 episodes into the 2nd season him and the tall white guy are just as bad again. Just basic shyt like line delivery is an absolute mess on this show.
Some of the writing is a bit on the nose as well.
I like the music, how it is shot, and the subject matter though. Also they do a good job of making standalone episodes.
