But if the NFL is such a big bad cooperation that colluded against you, why take the money?

Aren’t you supposed to be standing for something bigger than a pay day? The funny thing is Jay did the same thing he did. But all of a sudden Hov is the bad guy.

:why:What other reason do you sue a business for? They denied him employment so he's out for lost wages. The objective was to be compensated.

What Jay is doing isn't remotely similar. Colin was wronged by his employer, took legal action, and received a settlement. Jay had no relationship with the NFL and had essentially signed on to be the NFL's figurehead to help clean up their image under the guise of social action. The NFL doesn't care about social injustice. Jay acting like this deal isn't about anything but business is a joke.

I think a lot of people were hoping Kap would expose the NFL's dirty laundry and he was in a prime position to do so. Then hearing the settlement was for a lot less than what the initial speculation was, put a damper on everything as well.

How can the NFL make positive change within the black community, How can the NFL help out the poor black ppl living along the West Best, (Best Bank) of NOLA?

How can Jay-Z change police brutality and the NOLA dirty police department?

Anyone please answer these tough questions.

If you can't, why in the fukk should I be applauding Jay-z or the NFL for this bullshyt ass deal>
Who asked you to applaud them though?

The case was to be heard by an arbitrator. The proceedings were not going to be open to the public. Things were always going to be kept quiet.

What exactly were people looking for in an exposal? They think they had tapes of owners calling him by racial epithets or flat out colluding? He wasn't in a prime position. If he was his legal team would've taken the league to the cleaners. The fact that they settled let's you know it was an uphill battle as collusion cases typically are.

People who keep saying Kap shouldn't have taken the settlement never stop to think that there's a possibility that the arbitrator would rule in the NFL's favor. Kap walks away with no money, massive legal fees, no job, and the league looks golden in denying him employment.

Same people talking about not settling would have settled if in the same position.

I always said Jays music came off as tryna sell something and alot of smart dumb nikkas that want to learn shyt from music instead of studying on their own on his jock. He was never authentic to me, even musically he rode trends all the time and took him several years to actually find his own sound. This what happens when u raised by a dike weak morals and principles:yeshrug:

I think people need to stop trying to wrap Colin in everything the nlf does.

Its obvious that the nfl wants nothing to do with him, so blaming hov is kinda a moot point.

If there is a legitimate opportunity for hov to partner with the league and make some change should he turn it down just because kaep isn't involved?
