I didn't suggest it. I flat out said that I believe we were better off being segregated - but I didn't say anything about being under Jim crow laws - and I believe that.

Look at the way our community has tanked in the past 40 years since we've been integrated. Yes, we've made some strides, no doubt, but look at the state of our community.

Black ppl were more unified back in the 60s before integration happened. That's just a fact.

Look at us now. The Nation of Islam was going strong then, the Panthers, SNCC, CORE, and all of these organizations that were set up to advance our community were at their height in the 60s and 70s.

Now, we're more concerned with selling out to white folks and getting a check than we are in nation and community building. You don't have to take my word for it. Do the research.
