I don't like the plays that won't be penalized. The narrator said they weren't embellishments or weren't embellished enough to get penalized, but it's still the same premise: exaggerating and FLOPPING to get the call.

D-Fish, Battier and Kobe (flailing arms) will never get fined based on what they said won't be penalized, and that will cause a lot of controversy. I think they need to get rid of charges (not all offensive fouls, but charges).
