It's Basketball HOF by the way
But Lebron & Wade are the only locks RIGHT NOW TODAY with 10 yrs or less
I think some people misunderstood what the OP was asking. He ain't asking players that will be projected to be in the HOF at the end of their career. He's asking players who have played 10 yrs or less in the NBA, if they never played another game again, would they go into the HOF. At least I think that's what he's asking.

Keep in mind it's the BASKETBALL hall of fame, not the NBA hall of fame.

Tony Parker is a lock to be in because of the championships he's won, the finals MVP, his MVP caliber season this year, and the fact that he's an international player.
Keep in mind it's the BASKETBALL hall of fame, not the NBA hall of fame.
Rose has 4 1/2 years TOTAL of college and NBA basketball under his belt... despite the MVP, there's no fukkin way he would get in, stop it
in terms of locks, I'd say Wade, Lebron, Dwight, and Melo (a lot of having to do with him leading Cuse to the National Championship)
