He’s quoting Tim MacMahon, ESPN’s NBA insider and writer2 smart picks for the Magic and a top pick next year and we could be looking at the new OKC.
Who that?
Tim MacMahon covers the entire league for ESPN. It literally says, “Tim MacMahon says” in the tweet, the lakers writer didn’t say thisYeah we'll just take the word of a guy who follows the Lakers
Cavs beat writers said the pick is virtually off the table. The players currently on the team is available for trades though
Jalen Green will need 4-5 years
Cade will impact the Pistons from day one
I definitely feel that the Pistons need as much of a sure thing as possible so they should pick Cade. Green is the "sexy" pick () but they desperately need dudes that just know how to play and produce. They don't have culture in place to mentor a guy and train him to great little by little.
Nah breh ....I’m a big Jalen Green fan but he’s getting a little overhyped, not only on this board but in general. He’s essentially a scoring guard who gives you nothing else. I don’t see franchise player but I can see him being a really good 2nd or 3rd option. I just don’t know if that’s on a winning team.
I don’t doubt that. I can see him averaging 20 his rookie year if he’s in Cleveland. KPJ and Wood not passing the ball. Jalen doesn’t have playmaking ability, that’s my point. He’s heavily reliant on scoring and if you look at the teams right now, the best players are the ones who are versatile. But I think he can get there, shyt Booker got there and I never thought he would.Nah breh ....
He's a first year 17/4/3 guy bro
You sleep
watch houston pick mobley then when Green become a star they are going to beg him to come to them during FAHouston better take Green I have a feeling Mobley is bust status I don’t think he’d be horrible but I don’t see All Star caliber when I’ve watched him play, he’s skinny, plays soft and doesn’t really jump off at you when you watch USC (and we already have proven history how hard it is to turn a soft player into a dog) plus Houston already has Wood so it’s redundant.
On the other hand I’ve watched Jalen from his time playing on Prolific, to him playing on the Fiba team to G league, and one thing for certain is he’s a Alpha Dog a winner and instantly impacts a team when he’s on the floor FIBA showcased this since he was coming off the bench. He doesn’t shy away from competition no matter the size this dude said he was going to posterize Kai Soto a 7 ft Center and did it twice.
This dude has the mamba mentality and I definitely understand the Kobe comparisons, he has no problem carrying a team on his shoulders and he WANTS to be great, plus he’s already a pretty good defender all he really needs to work on is his playmaking and handling and he’s easily a 25/5/5 guy.
