Most of the culprits are from the Central Valley and Sac where the Northern Cali Bay Area region is more about pimpin' hoes than in Southern Cali. The victim is from Seattle. Its tragic but lets not act like black folks have problems in the South, Midwest, and on the East Coast.

LA sets the trends man. Been that way since the 80s. Every terrible gangbanger turned rapper up here in Seattle raps off beat and tries their damndest to look and sound like LA nikkas.
to me its more of a problem because there is barely any Black strongholds of stability out West. Only pockets of LA and the East Bay and thats it. The South, East Coast and Midwest still have far more locations black folks can thrive at

honestly central valley and sactown been run down like crazy. I was in sactown and stockton this year and was amazed how ran down parts of these cities are compared to like 20 years ago. the contrast between rich bay area and ran down hoods middle-of-nowhere nor cal is insane....its fukking sad as hell
