Who would we replace him with? Ain't even no point in firing him right now. Regardless...this season is likely going to end quickly in an embarrassing fashion in the playoffs (if we're lucky...i guess). You can fire him when the seasons over if there's any better options to go after in the offseason. Otherwise...he shown he's capable of getting a team to buy into defense. He's shown he can get a team to the chip. He's kept the Lakers circus relatively drama free (publicly), which is something that couldnt be said with the previous 4-5 Lakers coaches. What could you say bad about him? He's put out some questionable to terrible experimental rotations. Can't disagree with that. Who's the roster guru/player management expert who capable of doing better (and is available). What else? He's not been successful with this years and last years teams. Thats just as much on the front office and the players (or lack thereof). I'm sure Vogel didn't choose Westbrook instead of Derozan...and what coach you know could keep Anthony Davis healthy? Has he lost the players? That would be dealbreaker but i'm not sure if that's the case yet (at least across the board).
