You chose what era you want to start in, and pick a team. Say you pick the Bird/Magic era, & you choose the Knicks. You can tank the season to get the #1 draft pick, & draft MJ the next season. The team for whatever era you pick will have their uniforms, colors & arenas from that time, and if a team wasn’t in the league at that time, they won’t be in the game (you pick the Bird/Magic or MJ era, and the Grizzlies, Pelicans, or Thunder won’t be in the game unless you start in that era and keep it going till the real year those teams came into the league).
From everything I’m hearing and seeing, it’s legit. I don’t have it yet, but when I get the game I’m going to start in the Kobe era, pick the Hawks & try to draft LeBron

For anyone who got 2K23 on PS5. I've noticed something that with PS5 dualsense
When you hold R2 button (Sprint) til your player gets tired, and gassed your R2 trigger becomes heavy/hard when you trigger R2 button when full stamina then your R2 Button becomes lighter when you trigger R2 button.

That's the only thing I hate. That was the most dumb shyt they had to come up with bullshyt shot meter however in this 2K23 is way much better than previous 2K games with shot meter. This is more easily shot meter

Gameplay and new features are good but they are milking the fukk out of people that play mycareer.
Apparently it takes 250k vc just to get to an 85 overall and they took all the vc out of the quests which used to give 100k vc in total last year.
To hit 99 probably gonna cost like 500k vc.
200k vc is $50 so to max your player with animations and gear gonna cost like $150. And the nba games they want you to grind only give 500 vc per game. To max out you'd need to play approximately 1000 nba games which last around 23 minutes each on 5 min quarters.
That's 383 hours of grinding...unless you pay...
