Can't earn the stupid VC to upgrade your guy and buy fukking animations by simulating
Every 2k I do this: Play games until I get to a decent enough rating to dominate, then based on my record if I'm about to miss the playoffs then I'll sim the rest of the season. The next season I look at my roster and play about 15-20 games, if I don't like the roster and I can't win with that team, sim that season. So on and so forth, your front office will make changes to the roster so sometimes you get a reliable sidekick, or if you're really bad that season you'll have a high pick on your team that'll play with you and they usually become ridiculously good after 2-3 years.

my dude is 6'6 and I maxed out at 91 ... and I picked balanced
shooting is maxed and athleticism and defense is maxed too
my passing and ball handling is average but I make up for it by playing smart and being able to dribble manually
Im out here shooting like curry, dunking like shawn kemp ... and the blocks in this game are way too easy
Playing for OKC and we all got that one man fast break shyt ... KD IBAKA KANTER and WESTBROOK all play D ... and im averaging 38 a game
3rd season and im 22-0 and havent missed a free throw

I'm on good on anything 2K might as well call it VC2K the way they shove that shyt into our faces. After this year I doubt I ever pay full price for this shyt would only cop on discount like 10 dollars

I first noticed this when they included the digital versions of Shaq and Ernie on last year's game I think? Now while that Ernie dude been a broadcaster for decades, when you hear Shaq's delivery, it sounds like he's trying to read off of a paper, mumbling in a low voice sounding NOTHING like what he's capable of sounding normally when he's debating or talking smack on that show. I mean the guys obviously have a rapport if you've watched 'em on the show, but that segment before the game starts where they give a bit of insight...Shaq just sounds remedial as fukk like as if he wasn't allowed to just be himself. It's like someone wrote what they thought he should sound like and made him read it. Borderline shy dudes like Kawahi going to sound monotone regardless of how comfortable you try and make 'em feel, but damn never EVERY NBA player in this game sounds like they came in, read off a paper and bounced leaving hilariously bad performances all across the board.
