They need to fix the trade logic, its way too easy to load up on draft picks

I agree but if it's too easy don't do it. Some teams do actually dump draft picks for nothing of significance besides capspace.

They still should address it, in my association New Orleans had the third worst record and I pulled off a trade with them(traded first round picks with each other) mind you I had the best record in the league, those teams should put value on their picks, not trade it for a contender who will get them a late pic in the 20's

That works until the lottery. After the lottery takes place and each team knows where they're gonna pick you can no longer do those kinds of lopsided trades.
