I just put the game on hall of fame/Simulation and go..... if the shyt ain't accurate with those settings then

They aren't. Default sliders are trash.

This is exactly how I feel. Movement doesn't seem as fluid in my opinion as it did in 2K12. Especially in head to head games. Especially since I do a lot of switching and moving of players around on defense.

Thats weird because to me the players moved to stiff in 2k12, the jumpers were also ugly in that game. 2k13 moves better than any 2k game to date. If only u could block or disrupt dunk animations with some degree of regularity id have no gripes about defense on this game at all.

Offensively 2k13>>>2k12 and its not even close. Players move like themselves again ala 2k11(instead of the robotic movement in 2k12) I know its cliche at this point, but honestly some of u just suck at this game. Ive been having a blast with it since i bought it. Also Training camp really helps this year.

It ain't about sucking. It's about the input lag that seems to occur. If the computer makes a pass and I switch to the defender close to the ball it seems I have to fight the player to get him to move where I want him to go. Offensively it's way too easy to shoot the 3s. We were playing on All-Star 9 minute quarters and I was like 33-7 and scoring 130 a game. Defense is non-existant. I take pride in my defense and in this game it's a fight to move players where you want them to go.

That plus I love to funnel players into shot blockers and this year it's way too easy to score in the paint. I had a team with Bynum, Taj Gibson, Oden, and I think Seraphin who would have no sort of impact on players coming into the lane shooting.

And if 3s are an issue tweak the slider and move up to Superstar/HOF level. By no means am i sayong this game is perfect but it hasnt even been patched yet amd im still loving it. All i know is the game is FUN, some games have it and some games dont. The cpu spin move cheese, ugly jumpshots/crossovers, amd robotic feel of 2k12 were just awful to me. 2k13 brought the fun organic feel back to the series

For me just the combo of how easy it is to knock down open shots with the defensive limitations just makes it unplayable to me.

gotta tone down them 3's and midrange sliders. nikkas be shooting 70% on this game when in reality, only 5 nikkas last year got to 50% in midrange

The game settings are much less of a problem if you are playing against other users locally...just bump the difficulty up.

I'm speaking from a playing the CPU perspective...sliders can completely change the game and make it more realistic. I used the sliders he guy in here posted and just kept the "quickness" and "game speed" at 50 instead of his suggestions and so far the game plays MUCH better..like a different game.

Inside contact frequency slider.

I highly suggest using the sliders the guy in here posted....except leave quickness and game speed the same.

Yeah it was a quick ranked game. He threw Crawford in at the 2 and for some reason Caron is a 3 point specialist (he wasn't in Washington). So zone was out of the question. I rather attempt at trying to D up Blake than let Crawford microwave sig heat up fast and make every 3.

I kept it close, like I usually do but in the end. L
