What do you mean what scholarly consensus? The consensus of those persons who are actually qualified in the fields required to speak on these matters. Not the self-styled scholarship of the type you favor.

And who are those people

you don't know, you're just spouting off madness, you have no facts, you haven't researched the subject

stop replying, are you trying to convince me and yourself

Study subject first than holla back at me

What if you can legitimately trace your line back to Native Americans but you come out chocolate? That's something the girl on Twitter didn't even think of.

You realize They aren't a monolithic people and neither are Africans

He looks like a mix breed, that's why you find people that look like him in brazil and all over the world

they so called native american is mix breed mongrel, the original natives were 100 percent black

just like in the philipines the original people were 100 percent black, but after hundreds of years of mixing, they look like latinos and native americans because they are mixed with whites and asians lmao
That pic is definitely a mixed native. I've seen pictures of part cac Australian aboriginals that look just like modern native Americans. nikkas really think that's what full blooded natives looked like:dead:these natives look like aboriginals

Native Americans have their ultimate origins in Asia, some of them passed through Eurasia and the Middle East(think of Siberians and how they look like Eskimos) on the way over here, where they mixed a bit with those populations over there, then continued on their way towards North America. That's why some are light-skinned, and other tribes are darker. The latest genetic data proves this to likely be the case.
Do these people look like they crossed the Bering strait from Siberia to you? They are clearly of Polynesian descent. The one in the middle looks like The Rock. They are natives of California

They obviously don't all have the same origin, not even all groups from North America. Let along the native groups from south and central America and the Caribbean.

It's 2017 we have genetic studies that have shown us a lot of things. You are still playing internet picture games, there is a big difference.

Appropriation has more to do with history than just that. It's not okay because up until 50 years ago, the law of the land was to steal and and subjugate native people from around the world for Euro imperial benefit. They nearly obliterated all natives, raped them, stole their kids, introduce poisonous alcohol, all across the Americas, then they want to dress up as a sexy Slave native girl or a drunk Indian on Halloween? Appropriation. They shipped millions of Africans to this hemisphere as slaves, killed raped and subjugated them, then they want to dress up as black face at a frat party? Inappropriate. NO MINORITY has come close to doing what they have done to people AROUND THE WORLD. A black Person wearing a fukking tie to go to work or owning a tv to watch the news is not the same lol. Maybe if past relations weren't riddled with blood and greed, them dressing up as us( which NOW is to laugh at us or get a boner or communicate that we are dumb) wouldn't feel like a slap in the face.

A white person moving to the African safari and living in traditional homes and using native tools to hunt and kill food isn't appropriating. I don't think wearing braids is appropriating because Vikings had elaborate hairstyles involving braids. I don't think hair is a problem at all unless you're trying to communicate a message involving mockery.

So if your great great grands killed mine then you can't wear my people's clothes but I can wear yours.

If that makes sense to you then we can't really communicate further. My math comes up with a different answer.

Either one culture is allowed to wear another cultures gear or not.

If it's okay then it's okay, if not, then not.

The behavior of someone's ancestors does not qualify or disqualify you.

It's okay because almost every single one of you has ALL European stuff in your closet and either zero traditional African garb, or very little.

If you want to make a statement, give all your current clothes to Europeans and cop your native wardrobe.

Otherwise...

You do know some of these people still exist right? They have their own website that states their ancestors came from the Pacific Ocean. Who should I believe in regards to these people's history? The people themselves or some Hindus and cacs?:jbhmm:and what good is a "genetic study" gonna do for groups who aren't in existence any longer or those that aren't pure enough to even have their genetics studied? What if these people haven't had their genetics studied yet? If cacs don't have their genetics in their database then what?

Somehow I highly doubt where you say they came from and where they say they came from are the same thing.

Because I'm black right? I can't read right can I, Haji?:mjpls:

No, because you not even being clear. You not even being clear about who you talking about, you mention they have a website without linking it, you talking about someone's ancestors coming from "the Pacific ocean." What are you hoping to prove here? Instead of getting sensitive how bout you show and prove.
