Whoever is involved in this travesty, white, black, Indian, Asian, Native American, or Hispanic is a disgrace to humanity.
If you want to make a movie about Nat Turner, make it a serious film about the depths people will sink to when facing oppression. He was so damaged by the monstrous actions of his oppressors that he gradually became a monster himself and a deranged killer of innocents.
Create a black character who tries to be the voice of reason for Nat Turner on some MLK stuff.
Not only could it be a warning tale about how if you hurt someone bad enough, they'll eventually fight back with overwhelming brutality, but it could also show how violence begets violence and how the African-American community eventually won their rights through non-violence.
Don't turn it into this parody. Whoever thought this up should be shot.
