You did the math huh?

I just need to know their calculations are wrong to know this prediction down to the day is nonsense. We already know they cant tell you the exact size of asteroids. And there have been debates on how far off they are. Not to mention they cant predict the forces light could play ,and there are just too many unknown variables in space. Plus you dont know the starting point of the asteroid. Ever seen a MLB pitcher throw a ball that looks like its going straight, but it curves at the last minute? It would be the sweetest justice if God hit these arrogant Babylonians with the Roger Clemons curveball from the sky:respect:

How would you know their calculations are wrong when you don't even know what they are? Telling the size of a distant object isn't the same as predicting it's path and gravity is the ONLY 'force' acting on it since space is a vacuum. Light isn't a force. You don't need to know it's origin to calculate a moving object's trajectory using orbital mechanics, which has been the case.....

....and this one isn't going to hit Earth on Valentine's Day. Read the article:
The asteroid is expected to make a very close approach to Earth on Feb. 14, 2046

Your objection is nothing more than an argument from incredulity. Just because you can't understand something (and didn't read the article) doesn't invalidate it and makes you look stupid.

The next sentence says they predict a small chance of impact. Meaning it will EITHER simply make a close approach on Valentines Day. Or it will actually impact.

You dont need to know the calculations to know if they are accurate. You just need to know the manner in which they came up with the calculations is nonsense. They use infared thermal imaging like The Predator. But they have to use guesswork and make assumptions about the makeup of the asteroid, its surface and the shape. With all that guessing,no way can you call the predictions accurate.#PsuedoScience

Also last I checked light is a force, but the European has their own definitions and changes these things as they please, so maybe I missed the indoctrination update:respect:
