I need Nas to go deep and get into this IWW shyt. It's from Rebel To America: In The Vaults

According to Nas' long-time producer, LES, he and Nas, during the It Was Written sessions, were working on a song that utilized the same drum sample (Brethren's Inside Love) immortalized by A Tribe Called Quest on Electric Relaxation. And it seems this one could have been similarly classic, based on its title alone, "It Was A Lady Cop Sucking A Thug’s dikk, It Was Some Thug shyt, Some Bug shyt." That should be rather self-explanatory.

Noah Uman, the guy who put together the Illmatic XX project, pitched IWW Anniversary project but was declined. I don't know how much access he would've gotten and how deep he could've actually gone. It didn't seem like much though. Still, I would've gladly welcomed the project for the love of the album. Props to him for trying :salute:

Nore heard that song and was talking about it during his Drink Champs interview with Nas.

Nas confirmed that LES produced the song.

Had to post this in the proper thread. Can’t believe that Nasty Nas unreleased Demos are still being found and dropped!! This is a great drop and very timely. Props!! Of course everyone now knows that this is the unreleased Nas demo track, “On the Ave” produced by Large Professor. Drops like these keep me hopeful for more pre Sony and Sony era finds.

I wonder who the source of this leak is. How do you come across finds like this unless it was leaked intentionally? Not that I'm tripping. It just makes me wonder if there is more where this came from.

On Drink Champs, LES said that Nas would take the song to listen to but leave them in someone spot or car.

i'm obessed with this snippet, it's too short :mjcry: I wish to know more about it, they say 2010 so was it planned to be on his greatest hits release as a bonus like surviving the times or for life is good ?

and who produced it ? that sounds like an LES, No ID or Salaam Remi production. But it's so ill, no one can tell me his picking bad beats, they fits perfectly his vibe and flow

I pray that nas put it on a next lost tapes
