Album didn’t get nearly the attention it deserved in the media, a true masterpiece and milestone in Nas’s career. Some of his best verses are on this album imo.

No where near the attention it deserved. It's a great project. I only skip 2 songs. That second half of that project in particular is crazy dope.

No sir. Not for me. Life is good is probably his second or third best joint. Lost tapes 2 is good. I don’t see it as better than the first lost tapes. But also with this joint, I can tell when he recorded certain songs and where the better versions of those songs landed. There’s a lot of life is good leftovers here and I much prefer the tracks we got

you should try listening to the album in reverse

its my personal belief that nas lost tapes 1 was retailed in reverse

it seems the same can be applied here and just like the first lp it enhances it tenfold
