NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
He was awful on DR. Life Is Good was fine I guess. He’s a facile mind who has nothing to talk about but knows his fan base well enough to hit them with the tropes they require to keep claiming 3 mic albums are classics.

It’s fascinating and sad to behold.
U full of shyt. U was saying how great Life Is Good was when it dropped and how it was his best album since Illmatic. U literally post up in every Nas thread to say some hatin shyt. Sometimes not even related to the music. U will say some shyt like u would smack him or some shyt when u know ya pasty white ass would get beat up and clapped if u laid a finger on dude. U have this irrational hate for this nikka that goes beyond the music and Ive watched it grow over the years.

Big name Super producers aren't always optimal or Ideal for Nas imo. Nas had "Popular Thug" ft. Kelis and "Mocking Bird" they weren't great.

Life is Good is a well produced as this.

You guys are starting to get a little carried away. Must be the anticipation factor of Lost Tapes 2 maybe.

"Popular Thug" is actually dope and "Vernon Family" and It Was Written being helmed by the Trackmasters dispels the notion that big name producers aren't optimal for Nas.

Not done listening but just seems like a collection of throwaways from recent yrs. Nasir capitalizing off the name of one of his best projects for the cash grab.

Right! Especially since the sales expectation for this is massive. #greatcall

HipHopDX gave LIG a 4...it's not like they're haters or something, they tend to have decent reviews. They just gave Bandana a 5, and Benny's EP a 4.5.

As I said in my review there's a lot of stuff here that sounds unfocused or unfinished. This isn't Lost Tapes 1, focus wise or quality wise. It's a solid album. Definitely makes me excited for whatever the Nas Album Done album ultimately becomes.

The album is too dope to be 3.anything, it's definitely not better than Lost Tapes 1 but it's a very good album. I think after listening to it again today I got it just below "LIG" in the catalog. Some of the songs do sound like he took them straight from the cutting room floor as is, Lost Tapes 1 felt more cohesive and put together, but that's really the only "bad" I can say about the album. Queens Wolf 100% needs a concluding 3rd verse, feels like a cliffhanger how it is, lol (Still fire tho), and some of them 2 verses joints sound like they're only 2 verses because he didn't finish them up... I'd say 4 mics is about right.

Lol wtf is wrong with u?

U can rap intricate about anything. Hell Nas even started on the song u bring up. He just didn’t go all out
It’s just lyrically all his other albums besides one were better

I mean hes rapping his ass off on this album, so I dnt know bout that
