...is what this feels like. Except I'm actually anticipating the Nas album.

In other words it ain't dropping this year

But it's cool. This just means this is the last Nas album would could possibly get until another 10 years from now, if he doesn't decide to hang it up. The intervals are getting longer, 4 years between Untitled and Life Is Good (not counting Distant Relatives), now going on 5 years since that.

We gonna have to accept the wait and appreciate it when it arrives.

This could be true. But at the same time he had a lot going on. Basically by his own admission (on locomotive) his paper had been up then down. Kelis took half his bread and with album sales being dead, he had to get his investments in order so I think that's where his head has been.

Nas is the true definition of an artist, he's not one of these hustler/rappers that's in it for the bread only. As such, I think he'll be doing music in some capacity for a long time. He's spent his life expressing through song, you can't just switch that off.

I'm patiently waiting and looking forward to hearing what he has this time. The songs and features he's been on have all been fire.

Wrong!!
Article says: "he recently built a new studio space"

This is massive!!
It surely will mean way more Nasir music on the way
