Only Adam and Eve and simple things

First verse of the first song.

Rest of it is boring. Listening to Kanye sing for 2 mins on everything before Nas even raps :camby:

Next time y’all get mad At some lil nikkas for liking some trash ima tell y’all to suck dikk

Y’all ain’t no different, y’all just lil nikkas who got old

Nas is at worst #3 all time, at best the GOAT

and this project is trash

Bland, uninteresting, vanilla trash and like I said I enjoy most nas albums

U nikkas in here juelzin’ creating shyt that’s not there to justify this wack shyt

Which is exactly what lil nikkas do

Which means at the end of the day it’s all just people riding for their era and their time

Nas Has to drop an album now and he will because he’s obviously capable of WAY MORE

You nikkas just sucking too much dikk to be objective

5/10
Yea you're definetly exaggerating. Not for Radio, white label, bonjour, everythinf, adam and eve , simple things all dope.Cops only skippable and that song is ok sometimes

You’re a stan. Either way, it’s far below what we expect from a goat .

Also Astroworld is like two times better than Nasir

cop shot the kid is just as unlistenable as it was when it first dropped and will continue to be so a decade from now
That's the only track I listen to off of this album, honestly.
The rest of the project is so goddamn forgettable.
He took everything bad off of LIfe's Good and just transported it to a new album.

I was hoping for an introspective Nas with fantastic production and maybe some new subject matter or something.
Just comparing this to 4:44 is embarrassing. His best album still being his first isn't the worst part of this, him not seeing to be able to grow is the worst part.

Astroworld is actually better than most this year so far. I never said Nasir is the best album ever but claiming it’s terriblrr is antover exaggeration. Nas has his official album coming.

Lmao at the b.s. notion that Nas hasn't been able to grow in his music. Where do you dudes come up with this stuff?

If anything, Nas is THE prime example of a rapper's music maturing gracefully. Jay took notice and FINALLY released a mature album with 4:44 (his Life is Good).

I like NASIR. It's not his best work but it's definitely not the "embarrassingly bad" project some of you dudes describe it to be.

He's grown on other albums just not on this one

Not a fan of the album but I don't think this is a fair take at all. You say you wanted introspective Nas, but isn't that what you got on Everything and Simple Things? The album is sort of a collection of different Nas sides. You've got some shyt talking (White Label, Bonjour), some introspective stuff (Simple Things), some sociopolitical shyt (Cops Shot The Kid) etc. I don't think you can call this a juvenile album.

The issues I have with it have nothing to do with subject matter. Praising 4:44 while shytting on Nas for now growing is laughable when you consider Hov showed VERY little topic growth until that album came out. I'm fine with criticizing the album, lord knows nikkas are probably tired of me talking down about it. But don't spread bullshyt. Opinions are one thing, but you're factually incorrect right now.
